Baseline current performance, then run controlled pilots with acceptance thresholds for quality, latency, and safety. Design for human-in-the-loop review on high-impact steps, routing exceptions to experts while automating the routine. Integrate AI outputs into systems of record—CRM, ERP, ITSM—so actions are traceable and reversible.
